On Time Performance Issue/Overall reputation R4

I've only recently started playing AE recently so forgive me i there is an answer to this question/bug somewhere, but I've searched the forums looking for one and haven't been able to find an explanation.

I think this is almost certainly a real bug not a just a graphic issue.

When I review my flights, the on time performance for every single route is exactly the same at about 50%

I've checked routes between large airports and other large airports, small to large and small to small. I checked both over used and under used aircraft yet I still get 50% otp.

(30 dollars is actually 130 dollars)

One aircraft has over 100 free hours, and the other has 0, but they both have 50% OTP, this is the same for every route.

My second inquiry: When I began the airline I went for maximum profits. Cramped aircraft running non stop with scam ifs. 

After I switched to a proper IFS, reduced seating in my aircraft, payed employees a good wage, and scheduled aircraft with much looser schedules OTP stayed the same, yet legroom, ifs, and frequency all improved but my overall route rep hardly budged. 35%-40%

The YVR-SLC route is pretty standard route reputation for me, my regional routes are similar to YEG-YXE.

Route reputation for all classes on 90% of my routes are above 50%, my staff morale is 80%, but my airline only has a 37% overall route reputation.

I massively improved my route ratings but my overall rep only improved by about 5% then started dropping back down to 37% even though i was exclusivley scheduling routes with good route reputation, very similar to YVR SLC

I know I have a lot of regional routes with terrible frequency and lower reputation, but i read somewhere that the reputations attribute to the overall based on affected passengers. My multitude of commuter flights with bad frequencies shouldn't be a problem then as they carry <50 pax a day each while a majority of my passengers come from narrow bodies with my best route reps, still my overall route rep awful.

Why is my OTP always 50%?

Why is my overall route reputation so slow (37%) despite the quality of service which surpasses 50% on 90% of my routes?
