YMX is now a Cargo only airport. All passenger flights route to YUL- Pierre Elliot Trudeau. I believe that part of the tarmac or runway is used as a race course, as well. YMX should not be offered as a passenger destination.

But how many passengers? It's a significant number now in AE, if it's only a few business planes and charters it probably shouldn't be at 3 million.
Airports are kept in the AE Database even if they receive no passenger service due to the difficult nature of removing these airports from the database.
Yes, but passenger count should be reduced from 3 million when they have only a few charters or business planes, or not even that since WIki says those operations also ceased in 2004 and you can see pictures of the passenger terminal being demolished recently.
You can turn it to 0 if it's 0, like for Gaza Strip airport or a few other double entries by error.
