Won't let me route planes

i have been trying to route planes recently as per normal, but sometimes (around 25% of the time, which is rather annoying tbh) it goes to load the "adding said frequency's" page before its shows them and then just doesn't add or say its going to add them, and it just won't let me route the planes at all!
