Cannot add new routes from "new routes menu"

Sorry to post this issue a second time, but I am baffled. I did figure out how to open new routes.

Tonight, upon delivery of the 1st of 3 DC-7s in my USA Airline (Beowulf Airways), I selected (and got charged and re-charged and re-charged) gates between SFO and SNA.

After hitting the "research route" menu, when I clicked "add flights" it came up blank.

What is really weird about this, is I've already added 2 routes on this airline in the USA, and have 2 routes on my European Airline.

so I know I know how to add routes?

Is there any way for the system to check on my account(s)?

Thanks, as I've got 4 more planes due for delivery in the next 3 game months.

I don't really mind the charge for the fake having to add gates I already had, but obviously, if I cannot add flights to a route, I cannot play the game.
