Monthly Depreciation for Wingletted Aircraft

My monthly depreciation amount for aircraft with winglets is being calculated at the non-winglet cost, not the increased cost of the aircraft with the winglets. Is this the intention?

I don't believe winglets have effects on the depreciation of yet
