I have been unable now for over a day to open a new airlines in R-Delta, when I got to open the airline it comes up with the following error:

I get a similar issue, however mine does not give the same message (maybe a browser thing?)
When i enter the name, then click the founding button, i get a white screen. Pressing F5 gives me a "the airline name cannot be blank" error.

The same.. I can replicate the error..
Well it appears I can open a test airline in R Delta now.. So I am not sure what is going on 
It seems that the issue was caused by the use of an apostrophe.

I have now added apostrophes and quotes to the list of disallowed characters in airline names - sorry about the error.
