I'm not sure if it's a bug but,
When i started my airline and chose Natal (NAT) as my HQ, the leasing price for five gates was 250k, so i decided to return four of them but i'm still beeing charged for the price of five, even though the monthly rent price is around 14k.

I had a similar problem. I was being charged $250k for five gates at my hq (CLE) as well. Somehow four of my gates were returned (not intentionally) and I was still being charged $250k. I went to rent another gate (so I now had 2) and the price changed from $250k to ~$195k total. Is there a way that I can get the five again for $250k?
~$200k for 2 gates at CLE is the correct figure. Your original 5 gates came at a 50% discount which is a special rate for new airlines' starter gates.
