when i click on the notification the message says[#10229] We could not determine which message you were attempting to view. please repare this problem
What notification? The counter in the upper-right corner of the forum? The message might have been deleted.
not on the forum you see were it say you display name it says 1 and i click on it and it say the user started a private conversation and when i click private conversation i says the message
That can happen if a private message was deleted by the sender before you view it. You can delete the leftover notification.
