(latitude and longitude can be found in the city information page where market shares and so are shown).
(Hehe, now I can gather all the city data without actually having to do the work myself )
Edit: You might want to include gate cost as well if you want that to show up in the program.

ill help for the U.S. but Ziliu can that bug u and Bryan used to make the route counters help us update a program with the number of gates left etc. so that way it would save everyone a lot of time and effort? or is there another one that will let us do that? just wondering

Okay, what I was suggesting was I could make a program to search for all airport within a given distance for a given city, if somebody is willing to help me collect the information about the cities. Perhaps I could also make so that you could calculate, with the program, all cities that can be flown a certain number of frequencies from a given city using a given aircraft, or something like that, but then, again, I'd need somebody help me collect the aircraft info.Answer is no and no.
