how is reputation calculated? how does my reputation effect my airline? thanks

click on airline options and reputation. This will give you details of every method of raising your reputation. (AE3.1 only)

Airline reputation (increased with advertising) does nothing (maybe it affects route reputation, not too sure). Route reputation increases or decreases the passengers on the route depending on your competitions reputation.
