i posted one a week ago and no responses.last time i needed a livery i needed to repost it 3 times to get one. so my question is why do you guys ignore me.

This is a service provided entirely by non-staff members, who do it for their own pleasure and on an entirely voluntary basis. There is no reason for a member to accept a request should they feel they don't have the time, inspiration, motivation, desire, (etc) to make a given design.

You may also find that this post does not do you any favours - nobody likes demands made of them, or to be shouted at, which is what block capitals reads as.

Screaming at people will not make them want to help you. In fact, you probably just ruined your chances for good.

Designers could be busy working on other things. Be patient and ask nicely. If you're that impatient, do it yourself.
