Mine is the MD80 series (technically by Boeing but based off of a McDonald Douglas design). If I had to choose one of the Boeing designed aircraft it would be the 757. I always loved the 757's design, it's cabin, and it's cockpit.

What's your favorite Boeing aircraft?

I'd say the 717. Airlines had a big missed opportunity when Boeing closed 717 production in 2008. The ideal bridge between regional jets and 737s, the 100/110 seat 717 had a range that tops E-Jets (2400mi). Only 156 were built, major operators are Hawaiian Airlines, QantasLink and AirTran.
The 717 was also an ideal replacement for the DC-9, which was a missed opportunity for Northwest, as they are still looking to replace their 35-year-old DC9-50s (-30/40 retired late 2010). The 717 is also visually appealing, much more so than the E-Jet, its biggest competitor.

I agree with WTA with the 717. i flew one them a lot of times and it was great.

My favorite "pure Boeing" aircraft is the 767-300ER, and From Mc Donald's it's the MD-11. I don't like so much Airbus, but my favorite is the A330. From Embraer 
is the 195AR, From ATR the 72-500, From Lockheed, The Electra and Constelation. "Pure Douglas", the DC-10-30.
