Welcome aboard the newest airline in Texas! South Central Airlines is an Austin, Texas based airline with the ambition to provide high-level service to economy-class travelers. Our goal is to fly to a multitude of domestic, business, & holiday destinations and be a reliable choice for people in South Central USA & those wishing to travel there. We will also aim to fly to our destinations at least once daily to provide more choices for our clientele.
We're already off to a good start in just a few short days of operation. We have acquired three aircraft & will look to lease more in the near future. We hope to see you fly with us soon.

South Central Airlines is continuing to grow & providing its customers with high-level service and hospitality one comes to expect in Texas. We have expanded our destinations throughout the Continental USA, Hawaii, Mexico, South America, & even Europe. We are proud to announce our first transatlantic flight to London, UK. At this time, we provide weekday service only, but as per our aim to fly to destinations at least once daily, we will expand service to London in the near future.
Our market share in our hub city of Austin has increased from 4% in October to 16% this month, which is more than any other airline flying to or out of Austin. We also have flights departing from our secondary city of Lubbock, Texas and look to open a hub there in the near furure. From Lubbock, we provide direct service to Austin, Dallas, San Antonio, Los Angeles, San Jose, Vancouver, & Veracruz, which has given us a 34% market share, also first among airlines flying to or out of Lubbock.
We have acquired more new & used aircraft including our first widebody Boeing 767-300ER jet which provides service to London & Detroit. We have more planes on order have have recently equipped our jet aircraft with in-flight entertainment systems.

South Central Airlines is pleased to announce the opening of a new hub in Lubbock, Texas and the construction of a brand-new state-of-the-art terminal building in Austin, Texas. Passengers can now connect to a multitude of destinations seamlessly through Lubbock's clean & virtually congestion-free airport terminal or Austin's user-friendly Terminal 3, exclusive to South Central Airlines.
Our list of destinations continues to grow to better serve Western Texas (A full list of destinations can be found below). Our market share in our hub city of Austin has increased from 16% last year to 27% this year, which is well within our target of between 25% & 33%. South Central Airlines continues to be the airline with the most flights to Austin. Our new hub in Lubbock & the new routes that it has attracted has increased our market share to 60%, by far the highest among airlines flying to Lubbock & well above our expectations as an airline. As the Texas economy continues to perform well, we expect to continue our growth, albeit at a much more gradual pace than before.
Our main priority has shifted from growth to service. We have increased frequencies on some key routes & have upgraded all of our jet aircraft to include an in-flight entertainment system with 24 on-demand radio channels & 24 on-demand video channels. Our brand-new fleet of Bombardier Q400 turboprop aircraft have also recently received a facelift. Each aircraft has been fitted with South Central Airlines' premium 24 channel on-demand radio system, with stations catering to every musical taste as well as news channels in English & Spanish, kids programming, & a comedy channel.
South Central Airlines has acquired more jet & turboprop aircraft bringing our fleet total up to 31 planes. We currently have 5 more Q400 turboprops on order to cater to our blossoming regional market.
