I think it looks pleasant, and its semi-transparant so you can see through it. Where it can be a problem, you can scroll down and its not an issue. There's no reason to remove it.

unfortunetly britabroad is wrong. it is pointless and is unpleasant. not that anybody cares anyway. it is not transparant on my screen ... maybe he should have gone to specsavers ????

There's no need to be rude.
I said "semi-transparent". It means its there, but you can partially see through it. I can read the numbers through it and I'd be surprised if you can't, even if they are distorted slightly. If it really is a problem, you can just scroll down and the image moves out of the way. As I said, my opinion is that it just makes the interface look a bit more interesting, so I think that there's no need to remove it as nothing is blocked.

Either way, I'm indifferent to it, but you did ask for debate, so I couldn't help but get involved.

i wasnt being rude ... i was being funny. im a bit of a joker you see. but on my screen and 2 or 3 of my friends screens the sing is not even slightly transparant and it does not scroll down far enough to see the bottem right corner ... i dont even no what the numbers are because i have never seen them ... perhaps you could tell me what they are and i will decide weather or not it affects the financial side of my airline. if it is that the numbers are not important i take back everything i have said as this is a debate im open minded about the outcome.

no worrys !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! if i zoom out i can see them. anyone with the same problem just zoom out a bit and zoom back in when you have finished doing the maths !!!!! i take back everything. britabroad is a wise and noble fellow and deverves the title CEO of the Sovereign Airways Group !

By the way, the numbers aren't all that important, they are just the percentage change between your various revenues and outgoings as time goes on, nothing too significant.
