What are the serve rules regarding, what is called in a capitalist economy, collusion or anticompetitive practices? i.e. Can I actively work with another airline or airlines to drive competition off of a given route?

Yes this is allowed. I verified with un1 in chat.
And it is VERY effective. I'd give examples, but they were hard-fought routes and I won't give them up now that I've got them.
