Airports are currently not being added due to the 3.1 Beta testing. Give us a bit more time and once things are settled down, these requests will be revisited. :)

No problem

Some of these airports are in Sim2 but have not been put onto the Beta. Could these airports be included in Sim2 and Sim2 Beta.

We are now able to begin adding new airports.
There is a backlog of airports to be added, and I have a spreadsheet of data from old requests that I will soon be putting into the game. Once I've done this, I'll restart the thread and invite those of you still missing your requests to repost. This is the best way of keeping track and preventing duplication of efforts. Please bear with me and hopefully we can start taking requests soon.

Currently in AE Western Australia has barely any airports and being the most isolated place on earth, is in need of more airports in AE to attract interest to the region. In RL, over the past year the region has been a big target for both of Australia's National carriers QANTAS and Virgin Australia Group with both partnering up with regional airlines Skywest (Virgin) and National (QANTAS). These domestic destinations are becoming increasingly popular thanks to the mines in there locations and with some airports (Broome and Port Headland) provide a needed connection to capital cities and international destinations.

Jandakot Airport,

http://en.wikipedia....andakot_Airport

Supprised it hasn't been added. Would be useful for smaller aircraft as well as operations to Rottnest Island. Jandakot is said to be the most busiest airport by aircraft landings a day and is Perth's Second airport. Authorities are looking into relocating the airport to a new land area about 30km away.

Rottnest Island Airport

http://en.wikipedia...._Island_Airport

Not really used but can supply flights to Jandakot aswell as those down south.

Shark Bay

http://worldaerodata...S75283&sch=YSHK

Bunbury Airport

http://worldaerodata...gi?airport=YBUN

Port Hedland International Airport

http://au.totaltrave...edland-airport/

Quickly growing with airlines like Skywest operating out of here to International Destinations. (WA's 2nd International Airport)

Karratha Airport

http://au.totaltrave...lbara/10154426/

2nd Busiest in WA thanks to the mining boom.

Kunnunura Airport

http://au.totaltrave...erley/10154519/
