I have 10 gates at CDG and want to have 30.

In Sim2, you build a terminal with 30 gates, but you are only charged 20 for gate construction.

In Sim3, you are changed for 30 gates.
Will I lose the original 10 gates after the construction is complete?
Where did the original 10 gates go? Released to other airlines?

In sim 2 if you have 10 and you want 30 you need to build 30. The wording is not really correct.

If you currently have 10 gates leased then they will be returned to the market but you will still have 30.

Another question. If you make the terminal you built to be a HUB,
will the fee also double?

Or another way around, if the screen reads you will pay 1,000,000 a month for 20 gates, do I pay the fixed monthly fee no matter if it is a HUB or not?

The hub costs a month in this case will be 1,000,000. This will be shown in the hub expense on your financial statement. The gate fee is 1,000,000 this will be part of the gate leasing on your financial statement. So, you will pay a each month 2,000,000 if you make this a hub.

No, it lowers your leasing cost. I think by 50%, not sure.

It lowers it depending on the amount of gates at the terminal you are asking to be contructed.
