Other then if all gates are taken up and you want more is there any benefit for building a terminal? Do you get income for renting it to other players? Does it just take away the rental fee every month? Thanks

A discount is applied for building/renting gates in mass quantities. Also, after 15 gates you have to build gates at that airport to expand any further.
