You need one of the admins to setup an Private Alliance Forum for you as a sub forum in the Alliances forum.
There are however rule and regulations attached to these Private sub forums which I can't seem to see find at the moment. Maybe someone can help out!

Only admins can add/remove people from the private forums, so it's not a very efficient system. But I can create one for you if you send me the list of forum members you want to add to the group.
