Hello,
I cant seem to get my route map workiong, all it shows is a random line running from random cities. Is there something I have to download??

what browser do you use? if its IE, switch to google chrome. i used to have ur problem and when i switched it worked fine. chrome is much better than IE anyways.

On your keyboard... near the top usually... top right... it's sometimes accompanied near or with scroll lock
it will say "PrtScn" just press that with the map open... then open up paint.. and press Ctrl+v or paste... and save it... post it here
