I just have this idea for comments.

Guys wouldn't it be nice if it will also be added in the game when we buy additional aircrafts or gates we also have to hire people to staff them?

For example. When I order an aircraft, basing upon the aircraft requirements, I would know how many flight and cabin crews I would need to fly this plane.

Then when I have to pace this on a route I have to make sure I have enough ground personnel to handle the flight ie checkin agent/s, baggage/ground handlers and station manager and maintenance crews. The more the flights/frequencies to/from the airport, the more personnel would be needed.

If any of the personnel required is insufficient then this could result to a flight delay or cancellation and if the pay is not good enough then a strike would occur.

As to their salaries and recruitment...these could be done either manuallly or automatically.

Nope that is part of the gate package except the agents that will staff it. Right now everything is included when you rent a gate that's why in your financial report these columns are not functioning.

In my suggestion there gonna be a separate set-up for pilots, FAs, ground/baggage handling and check-in personnels.

Only when these are in place the strike feature being discussed in other thread would and could work....

Automatic, thats why I cant log in at times, must of fired the owner of the airline too.
