A few weeks ago, fish10 and I found that some aircraft ranges were in nautical miles and others in statute miles, so some aircraft could not fly as far as they can in real life. To correct this, we have updated the range for all aircraft so everything is in statute miles (because the other distance calculations are in sm, not nm).
These adjustments should not lower the range on any aircraft, so don't worry about losing range on existing aircraft. This is why we are comfortable updating the data in the middle of a game as opposed to waiting until the next round.
In addition, the engine database has been updated so the Fokker F-50 can now be ordered.
Hopefully this should also fix the 737-300 with JT8D problem Cloud Airlines brought up earlier.

Several aircraft did lose range - will there be any negative effects if we have planes flying farther than they can? The 328 lost about 200 from its range, I have at least one flying a 1300+mile route...presumably once you leave the route, you can't get back on. That's understandable. Just wanted to make sure they weren't going to close themselves.

They won't close themselves, that's for sure. As for the aircraft that did lose range, I might restore their original range for the remainder of the round if the problem affects a lot of players.
