can all game data be archived for some time, even a few days so you can back up one or two game months if data is corrupted again?
We're never going to have out of region hubs again at this rate!
BTW... just deleting everyone's cash doesn't seem to be the end of the world... I didn't log in to see it but the DOP remained right? players can build cash again and sell off excess planes to the bank to get out of debt for the delivery problem. I don't really understand the need for the reset here. I know its done now and too late, but it didn't seem necessary.

fish as elchie explained earlier it all started from a glitch that downed the entire network not only the ae system for 12 hours. then a chain reaction followed paired by human error when trying to fix and from there just went plop! and a reset is the only way to do it and get the bugs out at least for now. but a back-up server will be set up to test new features for bugs and fixes before integrating them into the system. sounds good to me...

Was this an error with the data of new users' data, or with everyone's?

i think it's for the entire system after a 12 hour glitch with the network. everyone got affected by the bug. from a/c delivery to DOP and gates system. it was a mess....

Let's remember this is still a beta as far as I am aware. We play for free and in doing so help prove the system. Frustrating (I had just ordered 6 A333s) but every time it resets, it gets better.
So, good work guys (and gals I presume). I'm in this time round as well.
