I was think maybe a delay could be built in to the used market.

Why:
This would stop / make life more difficult for feeder airlines to be used to put aircarft on the market so that the buyer buys it straight away.

How:
Put a random delay in for the sale of a plane bought by the bank. This could be the system date / server date randomized by some amount. I was thinking in the range of 10 / 15 minutes can be more it's not that important.

Working:
Plane is sold to bank at 22:15
Bank randomizes the date between 22:15 and 22:30 , plane is then put up for general sale at this time , say 22:24

I think it works very nice. Planes are listed there from time to time and they find new owners, just how it should be.
Sometimes it makes sense to pay the 10% and have the aircraft immediately instead of waiting for a delivery.

Very nice addition to the gameplay in my opinion!
