Whenever gates are return to the market (either u selling them to another person to get cash for the time you spent at month change getting them or because AE took em away), it should reduce your monthly gate costs.

I heard that someone has to buy the gate immediately after in order to reek the benefits...is that true???
So would the monthly gate fee go down or would the monthly gate revenue go up? Because before the last reset i sold a gate and the monthly gate leasing rate stayed the same.
And if i incresed the number of gates in a city by 1 or 2 would my load facter increase?
Sorry for all ther questions...

If you're trying to sell gates, monthly expenses should stay the same until someone has bought it(never tried it myself).Guess this is only an issue if there are no other available gates at said airport.
If you return gates, monthly expenses should go go down the next month.
# of gates has no effect on load factor, only hubs.
cheers

In Sim 2 with the used market the way it is you can't actually sell gates anymore. You can do it in Sim 1 by combining it with an aircraft sale.
