I ordered a new F-27 and my deposit was taken but on the monthly change over it wasn't delivered, nor was it on my pending deliveries or Fokker's order book.

Any ideas, thanks?

are they still pending? if so, there were more people ahead of you... there is a reason why it says in how many months you get it... 20 a month+ 20% of total orders are delivered a month per manufacture, with 2 per airline the most.

Well the lead time in Sim 1 means absolutely nothing now because of all the aircraft brokers. They order 50 at a time and jam up the order books but since they can't get more than 2 a month, you might be customer #128 but still get your aircraft in 1-2 months. I was customer #532 on the Boeing books for a 727, it said 27 months out, but I got it already, the first month of delivery. I typically get Viscounts in 2 monhts though the order books range from 12-20 months out depending on how many broker orders are in there.

I've read in the forums that the actual delivery total in Sim 1 is now 30 + 20% per month (I know the manual says 20 + 20%). I tracked deliveries of Viscounts for a few months and that seems to be accurate but I wonder if there was a cap? There was one month that over 70 aircraft should have been delivered because of the 20% rule on the backlog but only 50 some planes were delivered. (the gap didn't even account for what the difference between 20 + 20% vs 30 + 20% would be, it sure seemd like a production cap but can't say for sure because I don't track it every month)

As for the OP, there is no SimStar anywhere in the Fokker order book now, so you may have lost your $$ if you didn't get the planes.

I checked the Fokker order book and SimStar is not on it. It looks like I have lost my cash but I would like to know why. I've also paid for gates that will be returned.

Has anyone else had problems with new AC purchases in AE 1? Used purchases should be seen as taken at your own risk but new aircraft should show up if ordered.

Its Sim2 that has problems with used aircraft purchases. I've bought at least 30 used aircraft (Sim1) in this current round and never had any issues. I've not had any issues with new purchases either, in Sim1 or Sim2.
