It looks like he has some presonal problems in his life. Looks more like conrol and power issues. He is using this game to try to escapre from them. His responses have been extremely child-like and could lead to think that he has problems. (all this from a psuchological point of view)

He really needs to learn english, stop acting like he owns Japan and learnt that this type of messages arent going to be tolerated by nobody within the AE community. Another suggestion, maybe he should like make some friends and learnt to get out more???!!!
