Time standing still...

Has the speed of sim2 changed? or is this a bug?
I don't recall reading anywhere about a change in speed, much appreciated on any info.

I've reset sim 2, and time will resume tomorrow at 23:00 GMT. I have not reset sim 1, and am looking for feedback on how to go about it. We have not reset this version yet, and I don't think it's going to be without bugs.
This clearly states when the game will start, in the following thread:

Perhaps next time, do have a look at the announcements, where vital information tends to be posted by the developer.

Did the time of the day changes get pushed forward about 9 hours? The day would now change at 11:45 pm local time but now it's not going to change until 7:15 am (or some time around there) for me! That's rather inconvenient!
Well isn't that a shame. The game starts whenever the admin resets it. This game is played by people all across the globe so it's gonna be "rather inconvinient" for alot of people at some stage.Try thinking of others before thinking only about yourself!

But I am an American! I can't be arsed to do that!Well isn't that a shame. The game starts whenever the admin resets it. (just kidding!)
I realise that many people around the world play this game. I was just making a note that the time change is something that is different from the last round, but it's not going to stop me from playing. Though it may decrease my profit maximizing potential because of the delay between the time that my planes are delivered to the time that I put them on a new route (probably two to four real hours, meaning four to eight game days, meaning MILLIONS OF DOLLARS!)
Also, I find it ironic that "thinking about others before yourself" is a concept that is espoused here, what is probably THE MOST capitalistic game I've ever played.
Not that I am at all against it. Perhaps to show my charitable side, I will donate my older B1900s to the lowest bidder once I no longer have need for them.
On that note, I should probably go to sleep as it is 2:30 am here and I am getting new planes in five hours.

Like I really care what you think. It's an open forum and I am entitled to my opinion and to express it how I see fit (within reason) and I do.
I dare say I have many more helpful posts than you do here, all you do is come and whine whenever you see a post that does not relate to your way of thinking.
is the length of a day no longer half an hour...?
On a helpful note :sdrool:
The length of a day is still half an hour here.

Fine, I'm not really bothered about whatever half-cocked justification you're willing to offer up, because frankly, you're nothing more than a bully within this community - you act like an ass in game to other players, you're generally not that pleasant on the forums, and I'M entitled to express that if I wish... Nuts to whether i'm the most pleasant poster either, thats a separate issue. Furthermore, I'd say there's a pretty huge precedent for bitching between players on here anyway - what I object to is the fact that you have literally hundreds of posts where you slap people down needlessly. I think that if you're allowed to continue posting in this manner, I should be well within my rights to call you out on it without having my post deleted - I don't see any of the utterly odious rot that you do post when attacking other members being removed...which seems to me to be a pretty hypocritical bit of moderation on the part of the administrators.
So u cant be bothered calming down and be better than the rest? So what if Glennos posts on the forums like that, people have either 2 options.. to reply or not bother and focus on the topic of the thread.
Now honestly, we dont need dummy spits on the forums, so i suggest u start acting a bit more mature....

What I do still take issue with the moderation of my original post.

Perhaps a dictionary and thesaurus might be an idea?

I sent a PM to the moderator who deleted my comment whining about it, and i'm kind of expecting a 'quit bothering me!' response anyway, so we'll see! In any case, i'm not out to cause offense, but perhaps I need to be less plain speaking in the future!
