It would be interesting, since most companies have their logo, to provide some basic airplane frames (eg. the most popular aircraft every 5 years), so that we can draw and post our liveries, special liveries etc on the game.

That way everyone will be possible to have a better visualization of each others company. Of course liveries and livery change could be combined with a slight increase in popularity and ticket sales :D

What do you think?

was always looking for a site that had these... see this... thinking... finally, will help me in making my paints... there are hardly any in there... do you know a place that gives almost everyone?

ive been designing a few liveries lately, and will post them when i get a chance... really only have 2 done (with color), my tropical 747-400 one, and my retro livery... i have my modern livery done, but havent made it in color yet...

You should ask forum member (willip) to give you some assistance, one would say the best painter in AE circles and would have a large database stored....:airplane

alright will have to do that... havent actually made the repaints yet... but i have found side view drawings on the internet (of just 747-400 and 737-400), i erased the wing in paint, and then saved it, then printed out about 20 of each blown up on paper, and have designed 2 liveries... i got the livery down just need to actually repaint them... i think my liveries ok have set them in granit yet, but they for the most part are firm... gonna post them tonight and see what you all think of them...

now here is a rough drawing, there are no windows or a wing, but you should be bale to get the feel for the paint... this was all done in paint, so there are a little bit of inconsistancies (cockpit windows arent right, some thick looking lines...), but wasnt gonna spend anymore time on it...

so here is the rough design color pallet of my retro livery, i designed it after the current livery, so didnt have much options to keep them looking like the new one evolved from the retro... and the colors will be made to look real... i just havent decided on one thing though... im leaning toward a white or cream background color, would like to possibly use bare metal, but A dont know how that would look, and B cant figure out how to make metal...

also, this was done on a 737-400... dont opperate them (i do North Eastern Airways on other sites) at all, but this paint will be on all of our historic fleet including; jets: 707-320,727-200adv,737-200adv,747-100/200, 747sp, dc-8-73, dc-9-10/30/50, dc-10-30, L-1011; propliners: convair cv-240/340/440, convair cv-580/5800, dc-6b, l-188 electra II, L-1049 super connie, and the military c-123k provider... and thats just our historic fleet... we have a massive fleet... these aircraft opperate on historic routes that we fly just for fun...

our actual mainline fleet consists of all boeing with a A380 due to passenger layouts... and we opperate economically, how an airline actually would opperate... by trying to keep common types, etc...

mainline
737-700/800/900
747-400ER
757-300
777-200ER/LR
777-300ER
MD-83
and the a380

frieghters
dc-10-30F
737-700C
747-400ERF
757-200F

regional
Q100
Q400
BAE 146-300
and last but least the dash 7-100 which we use on bush flights...

yes i know i have a freaking large fleet... im not even gonna tell you the amount of aircraft i own and opperate of each type... (i have 25 737-800's and md-82/83's each...) i even was planning on having speacial liveries... which i already have one drawn up... and thats for the 747-400, which will be made in a tropical theme, and will serve our tropical flights... also even going to be naming individual aircraft... god help me... i will have enough liveries to be painting for the whole summer... i dont think im gonna make every single livery for each individual aircraft, but might, just paint a few of each... they all are going to be named for cities that we fly into and once we run out of names, then well??? i guess we will have to make them up...
