I'm creating this thread as a place just for everyone to comment on each others strategies/route structures, or even if you want to complain about someone. Here are my thoughts:
Transavia: OK, but the $1 fares have gotta go. They're too monopolistic, in this game they don't eliminate competition on most routes, and you lose more money than competition that leaves.
Air Canada: Great route structure, reasonable during competition, all-out great airline!
LYNX AVIATION: I don't know how you got so huge! Anyways, great airline, and you're getting a little bit of all the routes (or at least in MDW you are).

My old one (hasn't been touched for ages)
It is great but I do not think african point to point needed so many A319s. They are perfect for the route sizes and range though, just need 787s for long africans (Dakar - Madagascar)
Flybe - Who'd've thought Pixies and Trolls would be certified pilots?
