Airlines such as Qantas and Emirates have stopovers for eg. SYD-SIN-LHR , MEL-SIN-DXB in real life so why is this not allowed

Because you’re not playing in an open world.

Also KLM Asia in Malaysia is ridiculous.

also btw if 2 airlines reach 100 reputation, will both get the 1st for reputation award
