They need to clarify things about maintance , I thought my 767 and 777 maintence wouldnt only be 786k and 558k but turns out the base cost is 13Mand 9M .
Base maintance cost is charged every month ?

No, that makes sense. The base MX cost of an aircraft is 5% of the retail price.
More precisely, it's 5% of the average purchase price across all aircraft in that family that you own.
