Hi,

If someone can explain me how do you max out the on-time performance factor, never managed to figure out!
Is it the same than "time-flown"? In that case, is it just about the ideal distance for that aircraft type?

Someone told me it had to do with salaries but I'm not sure it's correct.

I understand that it is a combination of factors. Utilisation is certainly one and I have also read that salaries is another. You also see that airports show a congestion penalty but I can't recall any that are anything other than 0%, this has never been activated.
