How do I find out the depreciation rate of a new aircraft I'm about to buy/lease before I get it?

How can I find out the depreciation rate of the aircraft which I am going to buy?

Unfortunately there is no way that I am aware of. I've made myself a database of all the aircraft and their stats so I can look it up, but even I don't have all the depreciation values.
If someone else owns an aircraft of that type, or that model is on the used market, going to the aircraft details page for that plane (according to its serial number) will show its depreciation rate. The page will be something like airline-empires.com/acinfo.php?id=XXXX where XXXX is the aircraft's serial number.
