Same problem here in Los Angeles. I haven’t been able to get online in over a week and now only with my mobile phone.
EDIT: I can now access on tablet.

Very unreliable for me, i live in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. Sometimes can't even load into the game, but the forum is fine
