Game Time: July 5th, Year One

From the ANA Press Room:

Greetings fellow airlines, and congratulations to all who have gotten a nice kickoff onto this round. And here's to my first news update for the game. ANA is proud to say that they've kicked off at old reliable Narita. Not to mention, if it couldn't happen last round...I'd have to do it eventually, so one goal reached...ANA is currently the number one airline at Tokyo Narita, and looks forward to holding that title for as long as it possibly can. Current fleet stands at one beech sold on the public market to European International Airlines, 2 ATR-42s (new from factory), and 2 Q400s (ditto). Expansion fleet plans are looking at at least 4 more Q400s and ATR-72s (each), and then the first A319s/A320s in the 4th quarter of Year 1, and then 738s/739s by 1st Quarter of Year 2. The last beech I plan to own, I hope to get rid of in 2-3 months time (Depends when I have time...I'm back in school...gaaah!). We hope to be acquiring A330s by second quarter of Year 2. Once again, we'll see how the market changes. Research is also underway to determine new hubs in Europe and the United States once Asian expansion is complete. From the Biannual ANA In-Flight Magazine:

"Greetings, and welcome onboard. As you may know, ANA is currently in the midst of a hurried expansion to take advantage of rare gates still available in certain areas. Thusly, ANA is proud to annouce that it has commensed European Domestic Operations from our new hub. Current cities served include Copenhagen, Paris (CDG), Dusseldorf, Cologne, and Madrid. Current operations are so far only done with our newest ATR-42, but frequencies and routes are to be quickly expanded as new ATRs, Q400s, and EMB-195LRs are ordered.

In our hub in Japan, we are pleased to announce the deliveres of 2 Airbuses, 1 A320 and 1 A319, and we have commenced the first flights from Tokyo Narita to the United States! The inaugural roundtrip flight features special souvenir tickets, toiletries, a celebratory t-shirt and hat commemorating the event, and free round trip tickets to all the passengers onboard the flight, good for any flight from NRT to any city in Asia that ANA-All Nippon Airways serves.

Game Time February 17, Year 3
From the Now Annual In Flight Magazine

"Greetings and welcome aboard. Since our last update, a lot of rushing and expansion has taken place. We have added many new cities in the USA and Southeast Asia to our hub from Japan and just recently we welcomed our first A333 and EMB-195LRs. There will be many many more to come as we quickly hurl our great company into the future.

From our new hub in NCE, we have been able to secure many new routes and many hard to find slots in places like MUC, LHR, LGW, and AMS. We plan to quickly expand with more Q400s and ATRs into other cities like LIS, WAW, and many many more in the near future. NCE shall also be our African and middle eastern gateway as well. NRT shall be our Indian, southeast Asian, and USA gateway. We also hope to begin USA domestic expansion by year 5.

ANA is dedicated to superb service and class. We thank you for flying with us today, we we hope you enjoy your flight aboard ANA-The Pinnacle of Japanese Aviation.

Game Time: May 15, Year 4
From the Annual In-Flight Magazine:

Welcome aboard. For those have you who have flown with us already...not much is happening that you already don't know. For the new passengers, here is a small recap of the airline. First beginning with a simple two beeches we quickly grew into Q400s, 738s, and now our current flagship: the A333. We are the number one carrier at Nice and Tokyo Narita with plans to expand to a new domestic city in the United States. A new terminal is expected to be unfurled in 1 to 2 years.
Nice is also expected to recieve a new terminal as well as the limited amount of gates available prohibit expansion into other markets in africa and the middle east. It is possible to expect a new terminal in 1 to 3 years , but prospective airlines in need of nce gates now can contact us for possible arrangements to getting these lucrative gates earlier.
In Narita, things are going smoothly as we maintain our operations and quickly continue to improve them with new 739s, EMB-195s and A333s (Fleet has tripled since last year). Soon, all prop planes will be gone from the Asian market and be replaced by these mainline jets for the growing demand on flights.

Ok...the magazine is still being made...but it aint gonna be posted here. Recap of what has happened since our last message:

-Retired fleet of 328s, ERJ-145XRs, and ATR-42s
-Replaced aircraft with EMB-195LRs, Airbus A319s, and Q400s
-Built a 50 gate terminal at Geneva and became number one! Now number one at chief hub NRT, GVA, and second at NCE.
-Doubled A330-300 fleet.
-First time in AE game history for ANA-All Nippon Airlines: Acquired 2 A346s and 2 A380s with more to be ordered.

And finally: Broke 10mil DOP and went into the top 40s in ranking! The best game ever by far for ANA-All Nippon Airlines, and still not over yet. But all the goals for the game have been reached. But, we still progress onward!
