I login using my home wifi.. and I type my log in credentials in
and then it sometimes logs me in and then logs me out immediately if i click anything
or it just refreshes and never logs me in

Have you cleared your browser cookies? Firefox updated not long ago and appears to have caused this issue.

Someone on AE
I've had this issue for atleast 1-2 years, even on the other browsers. But im starting to think its my wifi

Your broadband service wouldn't be able to have an effect on the login of websites, however your PC and the way in which it stores your browsing data, can.
