Like what the title of the topic says, how does one increase their On-time performance?
Fly less frequencies, so there's greater turn around between flights on the same aircraft.

Aim for 8-12 hours daily utilisation (80-60 free hours per aircraft) on short-medium haul aircraft.
Long haul doesn't matter so much, I aim for around 12-16 per day depending on the route the aircraft flies. (60- 30 free hours per aircraft).
Have your staff morale as close to 100% as possible.
