I gotta say if you are using a hypergolic propellant, you most definitely do not want any of that fuel anywhere near living things and where they live, lest you very quickly kill those living things. Nitric acid is nasty, hydrazine is even nastier.

Interorbital Transit is putting out an RFP for new payload stages and booster stages for our Boca Chica - Earth Orbit - EML2 - Shackleton Crater loop.
Requirements for the system are as follows:
- Full reusability for the Earth booster and the payload stage.
- Payload stage must be able to do Earth orbit to the Lunar surface and back with 25 tons to be delivered to the lunar surface.
- Payload stage can have the capability to do this without refueling, or by refueling in Earth orbit or at EML2.
- Payload stage must be able to return to Earth's surface to be recovered at our West Florida landing pad complex for refurbishment and maintenance.
- Booster stage must deliver sufficient delta-v to allow the payload stage to achieve Earth orbit.
- Booster stage must be able to land at our West Florida Landing Pad Complex for refurbishment and maintenance.
- Interorbital prefers our boosters and payload stages to have Vertical Take-off and Vertical Landing (VTVL) capabilities, but other configurations can be considered.
- Both components must be man rated with sufficient abort and emergency contingencies built into the design.
Good luck! Interorbital looks forward to seeing the proposals laid out by various companies!

Oh and this goes without saying, but any proposal must outline the performance capabilities, benefits and detriments to the design.

Agre Cheese Industries proposes this: The GDO 1, capable of lifting a payload of 1 Human, 1 Dog, to the lunar surface, and returning with 1 Human, 1 Dog, and a load of lunar Cheese, overall a truly Grand Day Out.

Polar Aeronautics is proud to announce the P-1, their first rocket. This rocket is designed to be one time use (the P-1R is is development) and is capable of lifting 4 CubeSats into orbit. That is all, and look out for the P-1R and the P-2, our medium rocket!
