Maybe it is the competition, be sure to check your routes and their loadfactors
I have no competition and load factors are 100%

Somehow you're more money than you need to payback. How much are you paying your employees?
And how many employees do you have?

From looking at your airline, I can see a major problem that creates even more problems.
1. You've picked tiny turboprops.
2. You're flying out of expensive airports in Switzerland
2.1 Therefore your small aircraft probably do not produce enough revenue to repay the gate rental costs.
3. Geneva to Malta is beyond the optimal range for slow turboprops
My suggestion is to bankrupt the airline and restart with leasing 737-300s.

post a picture of your income statement so we can see the problem.
Also a link to your airline would be useful

You're flying very small planes into big airports, meaning profit you make on flights to these airports can't cover the cost of leasing the gate. Try using bigger planes or flying to smaller airports.

Yep, gate fees are taking almost all your profit every month
