Invicta today signed a letter of intent with Boeing for delivery of some 737-700 aircraft, the first of which was delivered today (see above). Invicta intends to become a one type operator (737) eventually and the 737-700&900 will be used for future expansion

After a week away, there was a nice lump of cash in the bank. Orders have been placed for 8 New Avro RJ's, as well as 1 737-900 due for delivery soon. 3 new Avros were also purchased from the used market

that 737 came a little while ago! seeing as only 2 Avros arrive a month Invicta has purchased 2 additional ATRs from Alliance member Portugalia to build up the new base at Newcastle.

here is the new plane in test flights, the livery has been slightly revised as the old one didn't seem quite right, the new one reflects the logo better.

I do like the livery. However, if that's a new NG, they aren't built with the eye-brow windows anymore.
