Yep. It is useless. But when I was starting AE in PEK in S4E I remember this airline called Oriental Airlines (or something like that) operating them. But that was S4E...

For now yes.
Will definitely be more useful when and if AE adds cargo capabilities.

Some real world airlines like KLM and SAA have been successful operators of the type747-400M is nice if you run an airline realistically
