How about something along the lines of the Southwest plan of having places like Rockford for Chicago, John Wayne for LA, White Plains for NYC, etc.. Could put something in the simulator where there is a slight reduction in revenue generated ,or something to that extent. Also could lower gate prices to where it could be 75-99K for a gate vs. the 150-225K for the ORD,JFK,LAX, etc.

Just an idea, may not have a pratical matter....also is there anyway around the 2 week bankruptcy idea, I really want to get back in the game now that I know what the hell I'm doing.

all of those airports are in the game (Chicago is midway BTW, not rockford). If you want to follow the SWA business plan, you can do so. In fact, this late in the game, that is the only sensible approach. For the same reason; SWA would have gotten killed if they tried to move into the big airports (re: independence air). Now they are large enough to be able to compete with anyone.
