There should be a feature to destroy your terminal, am I wrong?

You could sell it to annother airline. It should be an asset like planes, and be included in your value.

A Terminal isnt owned by the airline and therefore they can not decide its fate. The airline might help pay to build it, however if they leave then it will be available to other airlines to lease.

This is how it will work in the new version.

Ehm... so if you build 40 gates terminal and you can only use 20 gates, do you gotta hog the 20 other gates to keep them or?

You wont "share" a terminal, however i'm planning a feature for alliance airlines to split the costs of building a terminal (Much like Terminal 5 @ LHR for OneWorld). Including a gate sharing scheme. More to come as it develops...
