On the 16 of every month in the game my money is taken out, where does it go for?

same thing here, but i guess its paying the staff and gates you rent. Money still goes up after, so its not too bad.

Its goes like this:

Gates, aircraft base maintenance fees, marketing fees, etc. Are all on the 1st

Staff are on the 16th

And planes and loans vary for when you lease them/got a loan, they'll be on the day you got them every month (and for leased aircraft only after 6 months because of the down payment)

I'm sure Michael when he gets on will confirm my post and if something is wrong point it out and correct it

As I said above Staff (HR) Human Resources are on the 16th. If you click on Airline Options and click on the Human Resources tab you will see how much you are paying them monthly

Aircraft Maintenance and gates is on the 1st but the leases themselves will be on the same day you leased them every month, you can see this by clicking airline finance and clicking aircraft leasing and you will see the amount you have left to pay in total that month and beside each aircraft the day you will pay that specific aircrafts bill

Above is correct. Staff are paid on the 16th.
