Okay I run an airline with 34,476 total employees.

 

Executives - 35

Managers - 2650

Flight Crew - 2235

Cabin Crew - 22893

Ground Crew - 702

Mechanics -  2355

Agents and CSRs - 1656

Operations Personnel - 1950

 

With 0% reserves and 0% profit sharing.

All Employees salaries are at $7

 

Is there any perfect salary for this people? Because industry average takes a lot of money from me.

if you lower it right down to $7 and leave it there for around 2 months, then raise it back to just below average, they're all so happy

fella's, about the only thing I ever really notice about worker salary is .. if I pay out till that whole right side is zero percent.

then,

just do the first three lines there on the marketing/ad screen..

then..

have my IFE and IFS at least two stars.....

 

there hasn't been a company here ever been able to send me packing....

in my opinion I think the best is just to put the lowest salary possible for each while keeping the staff happy. Sometimes give them bonuses.
