Oh Dear Highspeed there you go again, this is called another (Side Swipe) so read this, I am sure you fit the bill - ;)

No travelhouse, Mr Einstein never managed an electronic database. I managed one before you got your first episode of PMS. Now, please shut up and do not respond to my messages with hateful replies (nor to other player's messages).

Databases can be huge. And I mean huge. Especially sites with "scheduled" updates and insertions.

Building an AMS myself, I've found that one of the tables will have approx. 3,450,983 INSERTS running every hour, on average. So I don't blame them for needing to move the entire thing...

Nor should any of us blame them for it!

Okay, the database is set on in its new home... we'll be monitoring it *very* closely over the next few days... I've checked and all parts of the website seem to be working fine... If you spot any errors, post in the bugs forum and i'll have a looksie...

At least the 24th and the 1st rolled by twice last night. The first time I blew it off and didn't order any aircraft. The second time I ordered aircraft and recieved all of them. All were put on new routes, but I could not edit any of the old routes. Now I can edit all routes. So I hope this is the last time the db will be rolled back.
