The 1st customer to order a particular plane is deemed the launch customer.

Just be the first customer to order.
and one tip, go to browse aircraft or to this link http://ae31.airline-....com/acdata.phpand see the production start date for the airplanes so you can know which airplanes are coming up soon and you can order it the first

It's not gonna be easy! Usually depends a lot on luck and how often you are online.
As Isa Al said, you can check when aircraft production starts, however they take orders 1 - 2 years in advance.
