Been to Lelystad.
And I'll update it.
From now, Only Airports with 200.000 Pax/year or more
I haven't been to any of the airports listed thus far.
I was going to add some really rare ones, but then read the OP, which said they should have 200k pax per year or more. So to fit that criteria, here are a few of mine:
YKA - Kamloops, BC, Canada
YXS - Prince George, BC, Canada
YXJ - Fort St. John, BC, Canada
YQU - Grande Prairie, AB, Canada
BLI - Bellingham, WA, USA
Lelystad airport
Pisa airport
Pula airport
I'll add some:
Rotterdam Airport
Alicante
Eindhoven Airport
Berlin Tempelhof (now closed)
tel aviv (sde dov) and Rarotonga, i'd imagine nobody has been to either

Fargo is well passed 300,000 (Duluth is under 200,000) And I'm almost certain Rochester is as well. Also sorry to rain on your parade, but I've been to all three!

Ah, I see you are correct. But have you been to the Appleton Airport, which is in Wisconsin, Rapid City, or Bismarck? (or maybe Dane County?) (I forgot to include 'em before, as I'd thought that probably a few have maybe been there )
