OK, this is weird. Has something changed?

Normally when you order and receive a plane, the following happens:
(please: correct me if I'm wrong!!!)

1) you pay 50% in advance. You end up with less cash and less value.
2) month changes
2a) all normal day stuff happens
2b) gate leasing costs are paid
3) the plane is delivered. Again 50% of plane's value less cash, but value increases by 100% of the plane's value

The end result: less cash, equal value, except for the difference between earnings each day and extra costs (gates) each month.

In other words: cash has been turned into an asset, the value of the airline did not change in the end (other than normal operating costs and benefits).

Not so anymore. Last month was OK, my value jumped back to what was to be expected following above calculations. This month however I should have been valued at approximately 465,000,000 and I am only at 455,000,000; a difference of some $10,000,000.

My finance sheet looks normal, no higher than usual gate fees for instance. If there is a logical explanation for this, I'm not seeing it.

edit: a picture tells a thousand words:
